Our Research:
At Aim, we regularly conduct Research and keep upgrading our knowledge of Yoga with Reflection and Experience and thus collect Scientific confirmation that can be not only practiced by Self but also help others to grow along with us. Aim of our Research is to popularize YOGA as a LIFESTYLE and not merely a practice.

Yoga is an experiential science and its goal is to inculcate Good Overall Health: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.  At Aim we focus all these four Human Dispositions and help one discover their inner “Svabhava” i.e. their “inherent nature”, with the practice of “Bhavas”, i.e.  “Attitude Training”.  Our Concepts are based on the Samkhya principles of the Bhavas or attitudes which have to be inculcated for a healthy state.
We offer courses for Children, Adults and Sadhakas.
The goal of “aIm Yoga” is to propagate Yoga, with a holistic approach to life. After all life is all about Attitude training.
