Childrens Book
This book is based on the teachings of Maharishi Patanjali and follows the Path of Classical Style of Yoga which is a part of Raja Yoga. This book is designed specially for teachers and Parents for ready reference to teach children from 6 years i.e. 1st standard to 18 years i.e. 12th standard keeping in mind their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Development and thus introducing the right concepts and techniques at the right stage.
 
a) CHILDRENS BOOK PART I:
 
Contains key concepts, theory in detail.  This book can be used as a Ready reference and a guide to understand the concepts better to put it forward to the class. Various stories/ songs are added in this manual that can be used as teaching aids.
   
b) CHILDRENS BOOK PART II:
Lesson Plan: Complete lesson plan with guidance material for the yoga educator / Yoga trainer.
   
c) BOOK FOR YOGIC PRACTICES:
Asana, pranayamas, kriya etc.: Complete instruction set with details of Yoga asanas, Yogendra Pranayama, Yogendra Rhythm, kriyas, Mudras, YogendraLaya etc. for all ages in the.
   
d) GAMES BOOK:
  Games used to introduce the various concepts.
   
e) BOOK FOR PARENTS AND TEACHERS:
This book explains the concepts and yogic philosophy in detail.  it is designed for the parents and teachers alike for understanding the yogic principles well and their implication in our own lives.It can be used as a reference for more Detailed understanding on the Yogic concepts.
   
f) BOOK FOR SADHAKAS:
 
This book is specially designed for people who have already been practicing yoga. It is for their personal growth. The guidelines shared in the book will be immensely useful for sincere Sadhaka, pursuing the path yoga as lifestyle and simultaneously who wish to impart yoga education with scientific, philosophic and spiritual background back in life. It will assist sadhakas to pierce limitation at all levels physical, mental, emotional & spiritual and be the LEADER of one’s life and  those who come in contact with them.

The unique advantage of this book is all the training whether it  is at physical, mental, psychosomatic, sensory, intellectual, emotional or spiritual level are categorised into ‘BHAVAS’. Bhavas means ‘ATTITUDE’. According to Yoga there are Eight Bhavas, four positive and four negative. The positive ones are DHARMA (Self Direction), JNANA (knowledge that Wholesome, Fulfilling & Calming), VAIRGAYA (Creating Larger understanding/ Healthy Distance / Let go) and AISHWARYA (Self-Reliance/ Will Power). The for negative ones are ADHARMA (Lack of Self Direction), AJNANA (Lack of Wisdom), Raga (Attachment) and UNAISHWARYA (Lack of Will Power). One should ask question to oneself “What is my attitude toward what so ever I do?”

And if I continuously feel disharmonious out of my actions performed than how can I again bring balance back in LIFE by using yogic sciences.  So one can get designed the excellent training programme for oneself and so as for others at all levels and make life CELEBRATING experience.

 
All the above manuals are self explanatory. They can be used individually/collectively.
